By using RM × AI or booking a service, you agree to use the platform lawfully and not attempt to disrupt it or access areas or data you are not authorized to use.
Consultations
A paid booking is not confirmed until payment succeeds. The session time, duration and scope are shown before checkout. A consultation provides professional strategic advice but does not guarantee a specific commercial or financial outcome.
Pricing and currencies
Bookings associated with Egypt are displayed and collected through Paymob in Egyptian pounds. Bookings outside Egypt are collected through Stripe in the currency shown at checkout, normally USD. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate conversion fees.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You can move or cancel your session from the “Manage booking” link sent to your email. You can move a session up to twice, until two hours before it starts.
Refunds
- Cancel 24 hours or more before the session and you get a full refund.
- Cancel within the last 24 hours and the fee is not refunded, but you can move the session instead.
- If we have to cancel or postpone, you get a full refund or a new time, whichever you prefer.
Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Content and intellectual property
The identity, content, tools, frameworks and methods published on this site are owned by RM × AI or used under permission. They may not be commercially copied or resold without authorization.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for final decisions made using consultation advice. RM × AI does not provide legal, tax or investment advice unless a separate agreement explicitly states otherwise.
